Dear TMF Horizon User,

Your employer has engaged TMF to provide TMF Horizon service.

You are granted access to and you may use TMF Horizon service because you are authorized by your employer to have access to and to use TMF Horizon service during the term of your employment and solely for the following limited purposes:

• to view, download and print your personal payslip.
• to open tickets to the HR department of your company.
• to view, download and print documents (e.g. policies, employee handbooks), which may placed by your employer in TMF Horizon.

You will not disclose or share your personal password you have chosen with anyone or transfer your personal password you have chosen to anyone.

You are responsible for any activities that occur under your account and ensuring that you exit or log-off from your account at the end of each session of use. You shall notify your employer immediately of any unauthorized use of your personal password or account or any other breach of security that is known or suspected by you.

You shall not use TMF Horizon service for any purposes other than the sole purposes described above, attempt to gain unauthorized access to TMF Horizon service, other accounts, computer systems of networks connected to TMF Horizon service, through password mining or any other means or harass or interfere with another user’ use and enjoyment to TMF Horizon service.

Your employer reserved the right to terminate your personal password, account or use of TMF Horizon service, at any time without prior notice.
